math makes me suicidal, when i get a wrong answer, my self esteem goes instantly down. im doing khan academy for class and havent got a single clue how to do any of the problems. im fucking stupid and worthless

You not the only bad at math. I was bad at math from grade 5 to grade 11
I understand, math is extremely annoying. Just know that just because you aren’t good at it it doesn’t mean you’re stupid and worthless.
When I had to take my GED I failed the math portion and had to take a class in order to pass the math section. One thing I learned is to just be patient and try not to panic. Give yourself a break after each problem and don’t be afraid to ask for help either.
