These are my bad habits
-Eating (ofc it’s usually junky food)
-Always on the Computer (bad for eyes)
-Playing games on my tablet (bad for eyes)
-Doing Nothing- not getting things done, lethargy, lack of motivation
-Staying in and avoiding humans
I want to be different, but it’s just more comfortable being alone than being around bad people.
I want to be more active, but most of everything is bullshit, so I see no point of doing them.

Try going for a walk to your local store at the same time each day. Say to all the people there and be really friendly. After a while the people will look forward to seeing you, and you will be missed if you don’t show up. Just a thought that might help.
That was say HI to all the people there.
You can use your computer all you want as long your not always in the dark. Always be in a well lit area when using your computer 😛
This is such a great answer. Plus fucking one.
Here are some things you can do to take you out of your funk:
-Workout
-Exercise in your free time.
-Replace all the food in your shelf with fresh and non-preserved foods
-find someone to talk to, even if it’s just one person
Of course, on the last part, don’t come off as desperate. Do it normally and people will talk to you if you are yourself. Don’t force to talk yourself to people but don’t avoid them either. Play it cool. Trust me, I know what you’re going through. I’m in the same boat and it’s hard to do but not impossible. Us depressed people simply have low willpower and self-esteem due to the sh*t that’s been happening in our lives.
People obviously don’t give a damn about people like us. My parents and the people that surround me are sh*t and would rather side with other people rather than their own child/friend. With people around like these, why should we even give a damn? We’re depressed for a reason and chances are it’s because of our environment and the people that surround us, not hereditary or genetic defects.
“We’re depressed for a reason and chances are it’s because of our environment and the people that surround us, not hereditary or genetic defects.”
Exactly. My mental health has gotten worst because my family treats me like garbage.
There’s a saying:
“Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self-esteem, first make sure that you are not, in fact, just surrounded by assholes.”
So true.
I’ve been working out hard as hell every morning lately. It’s not a cure-all, but it helps. Hating my family seems to be a habit lately. Bunch of assholes.
