I just took 15mg of melatonin. I’m not trying to die. I’m not stupid. I’m just trying to sleep away the pain for a little bit. Good night everyone 🙂

After doing mine with Melatonin, I had a little Rush using it.
But, it does little actually when it come to Force readiness to Sleep.
Tell me how long you sleep, common as usual?
doing research? ive been using melatonin for years to help me sleep. and it doesnt “force” you to go to sleep. what you have to do is find the dose that is right for you. what i tell people when they first start using it is to get the 1mg and cut it in half. start at .5mg and work your way up from there. i personally find that in about 20mins i start to feel drowsy. it is at this point that you are suppose to go to bed. just lay there and go to sleep and the melatonin will do its job. it might take a couple minutes but you will go to sleep, again with the right dose. ps dont take 15mg i was just having a really bad day and all it did was make me sick. i personally use 3-5mg.

Sadly I’m not sleeping. I just feel really sick. Lesson probably not learned ill be honest lol
The melatonin you consumed might take longer than expected to kick in!
it typically takes 20mins. but im getting tired now. probably going to bed soon
I eat so many meds before and i ended up on hospital.. still alive.. i resent it.. should die instead.. thiw world didnt let me..
