well because if youre living to survive you most likely have a mundane life you arent very happy with whereas if you are surviving to live you are most likely a fairly healthy person that enjoys life, which is what im working towards however my mental state isnt letting me enjoy it but thats a different problem.
I’m trying to live and survive at the same time but none of them feels good. It’s suffocating. One moment, I feel so good about myself but at the end of the day, I want myself dead.
Way better questions than any answers I can come up with. Right now it’s mostly live to survive with a little bit of survive to live starting to happen. It took many years therapy to lower the price of life, a price I almost stopped paying.

start by taking little steps. you cant just wake up one morning and jump to the stars. you have to build the spaceship first.
