Get rid of your knives. Wrap the blades in tape so they can’t hurt a worker and chuck them.
Get ahold of your health insurance company’s phone number, and call them. They should be able to help you find help covered for free, and if you are sixteen or older, confidentiality should not be an issue.
Talk to your school counselor. They don’t just arrange schedules- they have degrees in counseling, often dealing with addiction. And confidentiality is guaranteed by law, except in cases of immediate danger to self (don’t tell them something like- “I am going to kill myself next week”)
Best of luck, and I would love to hear that you got help. It is out there.
