Having a new kid in the house has been hard. Already had a 2 year old and now a 16 month old…. Its enough to make you feel like you are losing it. Went from working 50+ hours a week to now a strict 36 hours. Working on interviews for a 2nd job. Have been off my medication for 2 weeks now, not because I was trying to quit them but because I’ve simply been too busy and lazy to deal with refilling them. Not sure it was a great idea to avoid getting them refilled but hopefully it doesn’t set me back too far. A few months ago I was breaking down and considering suicide….. I hope I can find balance soon… before it’s too late

Wow.
Yeah, I think having two kids that young would be very hard. Almost like having twins. If you didn’t feel like you were losing it, you probably wouldn’t be paying attention.
You might want to get advice about how to get back on board with your meds. Too much might make you sleepy or something. At least if you hit a pothole in the weeks ahead, you’ll know the meds could be a part of it, and more balanced days are coming. It might enable you to hang in a little longer.
Did your meds help any?
I’ve went off meds willy nilly twice and ended up right back in the psych wards. Everyone isn’t a fan of meds, but they have definitely helped kept me more stable than when I was off of them.
