So I woke up in one of my moods again. I feel alone when I wake up, but I said I was going to make a difference so I’m not going to let my bad mood get the best of me. I think I’m getting alittle better besides from the mood swings, do any of y’all know if mood swings are from depression? I don’t really understand why I wake up in bad moods I go to sleep in a good one and then I’m just like fuck everything. But anyways can someone help me out and tell me what I can do about these mood swings?

Ok my advice is to talk with a specialist because mood swings may be from depression, or something temporary or signs of bipolar disorder.
Anyways keep being positive!!! ^_^
We’re stuck in the same situation, sweetie. But remember this, your moods doesn’t hold you. You have to understand that you-yourself is the controller of your own feelings. Don’t let your moods handle yourself, if you let it happen that might ruin your day. I admit that i was really having a hard time coping up with the same situation every single day, but i know deep down in my heart what i really need and what keeps my bad vibes grow is the fact that i have no one to talk to or to share my stories with. Learn to speak up and talk to the ones who brings out the best in you. Sorry to sound cliche, but please always remember this: Don’t let your emotions control you, control them!
Thanks that actually helps a lot
Mood swings are the very core of depression. Sadness is common. Rage too. Happiness is a chemical. Literally. We feel happy when are brains are at a harmonious balance of Tryptiphan, serotonin and all the other little chemicals involved. I won’t bore you with the science. BUT if happiness is a chemical balance then surely a little chemistry can help. Nutrition is huge for good brain health and good moods. When our bodies are not nurished properly our moods change. If you see a pattern of doing well at night but not in the morning, you may be dealing with a case of being Hangry. (hungry + angry) I am not trying to belittle your sadness but if you eat a little something just before you sleep, this may regulate your blood sugar/hormone levels. It may be a piece to your puzzle. It’s an easy thing to try, often overlooked by medical professionals. I wish you the very best in coping
There are weeks in which my wake up mood is a crapshoot. There isn’t a damn thing I can do aside from medication. I’d rather be batshit crazy than numb.
