Sometimes I scroll through the project and read all the different titles, but never read any further, nor click on any links. Just now I saw consecutive headings saying ‘Rest in peace my dear friend’, ‘My Daughter’, ‘Should I do it tonight?’ and ‘Clarity’. Its funny how they all make a little timeline, a little story even though none of the posts are related. They all make me wonder just how similar and different all our problems are. I suppose it’s all just scale though, isn’t it? Two things could seem so different, but when compared to something that’s completely ‘out there’ the first two things would seem much closer to each other. Everything always changes depending on how you look at it, and that makes everything both fascinating and worthless. Sure, something with billions of different meanings is extraordinary, but all those different meanings can take away what was so special about the thing in the first place.
I suppose this is a strange first post, but I’ve been spending my Storytime here for so long, it feels like I’ve been logged in for years.
I wonder if I’ll post again. I wonder what I’ll post next time.
Sweet dreams, from the Midnightcrisis.

This is a wonderful first post. I sometimes do the same thing, especially on days I’m tapped out. It makes a lovely story of the human condition.
Everything always changes depending on how you look at it. Dr. Fred Dyer used to say something like that. His favorite thing to say was: “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” But that’s exactly why I hate doctors. They come up with this bogus line of bullshit. The things you’re looking at do NOT change. Only your perception of them changes. I’m sorry but rose colored glasses never worked for me. Nonetheless, Hazy Day Sunflower is right. Yours was a wonderful 1st post. I hope you continue to bless us with your presence.
Love,
Jack
I can not control what other do, how they feel or how they act. I can only control how I react to these three things.
