Age 11 found out life really isn’t that great,
Age 12 ran away from a rape,
Age 13 became less bright and cute,
Age 14 tried my very fist zoot,
Age 15 started drinking and became wild,
Age 16 got pregnant and lost my first child,
Age 17 tried to turn my life around,
Age 18 here I am soon to be buried deep into the ground.
No child should have to go through this, this is what leads to self-harm and suicide and worst of all depression.
I ruinedmy life with bad choices, poor academic decisions, bad financial decisions, and dishonesty. When I met my husband and gave birth to our beautiful sweet babies I was so sad. Sad because all at once I knew I would never be worthy of this gift I was given because of my past mistakes.

I stumbled on here like most – ADHD-ing through web links. I see these posts and I am blown away by the talent I see – those who express themselves so wonderfully in words. ESPECIALLY the young ones! Poetry like my husband, who has tried suicide more than once. That is until a massive heart attack ‘killed’ him. He came back with terrible damage, but his poetry is something ‘not of this world’. I will give the web site below and everyone is invited to send in your wonderful sentiments – those of hope AND despair.
