I sang this song at the memorials of two friends who died due to drug addiction…..Jeff was the one I thought could beat the addiction, but heroin was stronger than our relationship – me, the one who has never done an illegal drug – he died alone, in a NYC hotel room, which is why the song Angel is also significant for meÂ .

As you can tell, I relate things through song very strongly.

Moving up

Instead of cutting my leg or stomach like I usually do, I made a few slits on my wrist. Not deep….but I was satisfied with the amount of blood I drew. Fucked up, I know.

After being beaten and abusea by my step farther I run away from home. i spent 2 years sleeping rough before they found me. Refusing to go home he beat me again, this time rupturing my spleen.
