Father completed suicide

My father completed suicide a few days ago.  No one ever saw it coming–he was a religious man, a bachelors in Theology and an ordained minister.   He was terminally ill and getting worse and worse by the day.   He did not want to be put into a nursing home or die in a hospital.  He died at home in his own bed.  He was only 60 but his quality of life was so poor I don’t blame him for doing it.  He is so much better off, in no pain now and free from his need of oxygen to live.   I am sorry […]

If you have recently lost someone to suicide, you might feel the following…
You will cry for perhaps hundreds of days on end. You might suffer severe sleep deprivation or sleep too much.
You may blame a lot of people, become extremely angry and vent on a lot of people.
You will probably be very unhappy with how people treat you in that they will avoid and ignore you as they cannot cope with the situation themselves, especially family who might isolate you as they do themselves.

Failure

im actually so sick and tired of the problems i have with my boyfriend. All he seems to do is blame me for everything but i honestly cant see what i have been doing wrong. Then he just chooses to ignore me instead of actually telling me what i have done wrong. I am the one who has developed severe depression. I am the one who is making my siblings and family suffer with me through my depression.
