I am emotionally drained. All the skills have used to distract myself has lost its spark. I just can’t find anything that will cope with it except self-harm.

I consider myself to be an Empath. You might be one too. It’s been extremely difficult to live and function in a society where people don’t really have empathy so it’s hard for them to really feel what somebody else is going through. and when I talk to professionals I have this thing i do where i say what they want to hear. Im like, okay, I will try these coping skills, and it makes them happy, but im lying cause im still really thinking about ending my life and i just dont want to disappoint them or tell them. Im seeing them again.. the three black circals that cloud my vision…. I wanna cut so badly.. i was using my coping skills again tonight its 2am here. Write a really nasty letter to whoever pissed me off… Then I rip it to shreds.
