Ok, I have just split from my girlfriend/fiancé of 8 years. This didn’t ‘quite’ come out of the blue, we had a recent argument that caused her to threaten to leave me. With lots of promises and pleading she gave me a chance. However the next week we had a very similar argument and she left me.

The Decision

It’s been 33 days since I decided I was going to take my own life.

On the first of April my beautiful princess died at age just 6months. This was the day I decided I was going to leave this evil world too.

This situation has been tragic due to the fact it was so sudden. There was nothing wrong with her, I put her to sleep, went to do some chores and came back to find her cold and blue, she was gone.

You know what you always hear people saying that they want to kill them self for many reasons and i never thought that i would be one of those people. I AM NOW !!!!.

I have very bad health ( my backs  falling apart) i am in so much pain all the time and i am fighting it 24/7 . I am 32 and i  had so much to live for.

I survived suicide 3 times.  I made my first attempt when I was 18.  It seemed like a logical choice at the time.  I felt like there was no possibility of recovering from the all consuming pressures and stresses of life. I tried to hang myself with an electrical chord.  The chord broke, and I woke up minutes later seizing on the ground and vomiting.  I cleaned up and with my bruised neck I knew there was no way of hiding so I let my family know.  I was sent to a facility for a bit where they forced me to eat and take drugs. So desperate!

Will a mix of diclofenic, codeine phosphate, ibuprofen, amitripiline, paracetamol gabapentin and diazepam be enough to kill me outright.?

I can’t get out of the house to get alcohol but have about 150 pills altogether. I have a very disabling, chronic physical condition that renders me in 24/7 severe pain and distress. I can’t be helped and living is not an option. I have suffered too long like this and need it end for mine and my family’s sake. Please advise only if you can guide me if it will work. Tired of the same thing. Every day. Feeling like garbage, wishing I was normal.  

Sick of feeling sorry for myself, thinking about my problems instead of helping myself or others.  I recognize that I am self absorbed, but I can’t stop these thoughts.  I want them to go away, but they don’t.  I’ve tried Diazepam, Ativan, Effexor.  They didn’t help me feel better, they just made me feel like a zombie;  Neither good nor bad.  I spoke to a medical doctor, a therapist, a psychologist, a parent, and a friend. They helped me hang on.  Told me pleasant lies to subdue my anxiety and placate my mood, at least for those moments I was with them.  But […]
