A few weeks back I was arrested for fraud and as I type this letter the Police are investigating me.

Hanging not working, thinking about helium

Failed with short drop/hanging. I think I nearly succeed after several attempts.

I lost conscious for maybe a few minutes (cannot remember what exactly happened) until I started to feel very uncomfortable (choking perhaps). I don’t know where to start.

I was chronically suicidal in high school, and even attempted it several times. Then, sometime in my early adulthood, I fell in love for the first time and stopped feeling that way. Now I’m almost 30 and I’m back to square one. I’ve been suicidal since the age of 14. I’m now 36. I’ve spent 22 years fighting the pain daily, trying to tell myself to just get through the next day, looking towards the future, grasping at any tiny thread of hope. I’m 19 years of age and inÂ need of Â a way out of this world. I just can’t deal with the stress and hurt any longer.
