First Day of Work Experience, Already Humiliated Myself

So I started my first day at work experience today. And I can already tick off things I have already done to humiliate myself.  And yes, I timed each thing and wrote it down in a journal.

9:12am: I started to think they were watching me with all these hidden cameras and shit (I think this all the time, I even think there are hidden cameras in my house so people can spy on me).

That familiar pain in my chest of something trying to burst out…. Does anyone else like feel that?

Today was a relatively normal day as far as my life is concerned. I went to school, got on my friends bus and went shopping for halloween treats for the little kids that I teach during my work experience. Well the first turning even in the day was mum flipping out at  me coz I didn’t make it to the checkout in time with a jar of curry. this didn’t bother me much it’s typical, however it did cast a shadow over the great day it had been so far. the depression is taking me again

i hate my anxiety. i hate my mental illness. i can’t work because of it. working terrifies me. every time I’ve went to a job interview I’ve had a panic attack or have had to take an Ativan and have been to drugged to be lucid enough to be interviewed. the older i get and the less work experience i acquire the worse it will get. eventually I’ll be 30 applying for a job. and an employer will see my application and ask why a 30 year old has never worked before. and I’ll have to say its because I’m mentally ill. there’s a lot […]
