Choking out is fun, its affected by everything, mostly muscle spasms and mentally you think about something and forge completely and are tricked into believing it’s a good idea, I want to write that idea(s) down. I sometimes do something like rock my body left to right. You should all try it. I just say that so I can hear anything similar or different. My cousin Alex tried and likes it. My 12 year old neighbor likes to do it and showed his friends. I showed my brother but he stopped he’s a ***** about everything. Only problems is brain damage, but you’re all suicidal, what’s wrong with a lil fun in there or stupidity or trying new things. I just asked myself if with my eyes I can see even with contacts and then was like haha I’m stupid… It’s funny how u are with less than whatever amount of ur brain.. Again, I’m thinking of something good, stared at a basket, it’s something about 2:1 or 2:3 idk… I sometimes choke out and then when I’m completely oriented (opposite of disoriented) I start spazzing uncontrollable. Also good idea to stare at something small. Try lying on ur bed, and on ur stomach, instead of leaning ur head on hands on cheeks put it on ur neck. Keep hands away from the front of neck, if u have an Adams apple, keep a thumb over and under it . Try not to choke to hard or else gag reflex may come in. Or sit up hands on neck pushing, you get used to it after a while. Works best on bed… Works great and cutting I don’t know if it will diminish the need to do that, but it sometimes gives a five second high and it’s great…

My whole body spazzed out even more and more every few times, soon I may heart attack or something… O-O… I choke out an sound stopped playing the song, I then held my neck again after sound came in and again until stopped doing it. I tried again after it went away… Try choking while standing and as soon as ur legs begin feeling heavy start walking it feels sooo fucking weird… Be carful, because if ur heartbeat u can hear loudly, and face gets pressured then stop or else it will feel like ur face will explode, becomes hard to breath and stuff. If you choke out on your back, everything goes black. If you choke out on your stomach, you forget shit. If you choke standing up, you have dead weight on ur legs. On the left and right side, it wont work.
 If a friend does it for you, you can get a better experience. Step by step is: 
If the reciever is getting choked then they must hold one hand up to show their conscious levels and take a deep breath. Normally best if sitting in a chair and another chair in front (b d) and you take a deep breath. The friend will touch the sides of your neck with thumbs going to front and index to back and push on sides. Receiver should not talk and instead will know how it feels and thumbs up if it’s working and down to stop and try again. Receiver should take deep breath before beginning. 

Another experience. I choke out on my back. My eyes see spots and everything goes black. I was completely conscious. My vision goes back and so does feeling and I’m shaking rapidly all over and I don’t understand how I didn’t notice hahahaha… My head stood still and my arms were shaking rapidly but my head stayed stationary tilted upwards… 
On your back it affects ur eyes and body but not mental
Stomach affects body and mental thoughts. 
On back was staring at seiling and nothing went black and I felt like I was gonna spasm and then I do after 7 seconds holding neck…
