I’m like this too. I always carry around enough pills to kill myself. And my exacto-blade of course. I’m having a hard time minimizing my cutting though. How did you slow that down?
@beaGhost: I slowed my cutting down by having support from someone I love. He tells me how much he hates to know I cut and how much it hurts him that I cut.. Well he cuts sometimes as well and.. It hurts knowing he hurts himself. I stopped more for him than for myself.
Other than that I slowed down because it is harder to hide the cuts and scars. Summer is coming and well.. This is the first summer I’ll be sporting my cuts/scars. Wearing a bikini won’t allow very much ‘scar hiding’.
I guess it’s easier when you start to stop for someone else and not for yourself. But if you lose that person or thing you are using for your reason to stop.. Try to make sure it isn’t someone/something you’ll lose.. At least anytime soon. Because When I lost my reason.. I tried to kill myself. That was the start of me wanting to kill myself actually.
