Well. I’m on academic probation..
I don’t really know how I feel right now; the suicidal thoughts don’t come in ’til much later in the evening. Does anyone happen to have stress-reduction advice and possibly some motivational insight? I’ve got 100 pounds I need to drop.

Okay Mimi I’ll try my best here goes
1. Go for a walk to get away from the things stressing you out
2. Take a long bath to relax or go to the spa
3. Savor a warm cup of coffee or tea
4. Read, listen to music, watch a comedy and keep your sense of humor
5. Excercise regularly and maintain a healthy diet
6. Avoid alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs
7. Get enough sleep
8. Don’t try to control the uncontrollable
9. Talk to someone
10. Don’t bottle up your emotions. Express them but don’t lash out at others

And for motivational insight on dropping weight
1. Be patient and don’t get discouraged if you don’t see results right away
2. Don’t starve yourself
3. Keep your mind on the bigger picture. So long as you put in as much effort as you can to reach your desired weight you’ll get there.
Good luck!
-_- Sorry if this isn’t enough
Don’t bang your head on the wall I’ll do it for you *bangs head on wall* Ouchie that hurt like a f-ing mother*%/@!
Thank you, Umbra! I’ve noticed your helpful words you give to others;
You’re a good person :] *gives you a bandage for your head*
The thing I’ve had the most troubles with is expressing my emotions… and getting to bed at a proper time.
I’m glad I could help you even if just a little bit. Music and art helps to express how I feel maybe you could try that mimi 🙂
I’ve got trouble sleeping too. Last night was a nightmare I just lay there wanting to cry so bad…
Oh well 😀 gotta smile today to fight the depression
Thank you for the bandage. It looks smoking on me! =P
