Watching movies helps a lot for me, but it’s not something I can do all the time. I suppose reading books would have the same effect, but I just don’t have the motivation to read anymore.
dont worry i get them too. some days i feel good but other days i feel like complete shit. i guess just talk to people about it. i know i dont know you but i here if you wanna talk!
thanks for the responses. music is my safe place, all day and everyday but some days, it doesn’t help for some reason. this is one of those days. I try to watch movies but I can’t seem to concentrate on them. I’ll try reading in a little bit. wearepennstate, thank you for the offer to talk!

i agree movies help me a lot. hell iv been watching them all day. and music too. can never go wrong with music.
read a book. write a poem. or be like me and forget about it. i always forget my suicide thoughts sometimes. for like a day or two maybe longer
