well depends on how much information is given in your post like the date of your suicide, how your gonna do it, where its at, etc etc. :L but i guess people just want other people to be safe.
I doubt it. I have said and read some pretty intense stuff. And Well my door is still standing. What I think of mostly is, what if my boss or another family member is posting on here as well and we somehow figure it out. Dude in all seriousness one one of your parents might use this site. Anyhow my answer is no, but do not get too descriptive.
The answer it maybe. This guy Kirean(aka Biscuit) posted here a lot. Someone called the police on him and then deleted all of their posts. I’d say keep personal info to a minimum.(Though I should probably follow my own advice ha)
I don’t think you need to worry. Lets face it – biscuit was pretty specific with the kind of info he gave out. He even mentioned what school he went to and exactly what location he was going to hang himself in. So either he was stupid (no) or he was kind of inviting intervention.
@kno – it was biscuit who deleted his own posts, not the person who called him in.
Personally I would only call someone in if I thought their posts were a cry for help rather than a real threat.
@one that’s what I meant to say the person who told on biscuit deleted their own posts. I think biscuit was subconsciously inviting intervention. I’m not even saying that someone shouldn’t have intervened. I’m just saying the possibility exists for your posts to get you reported on. The police aren’t reading this but people are. I already have given out too much information on myself. I know if anyone I knew in real life read my posts they’d have little trouble in figuring out who I was. So honestly there is a (slight)risk that your anonymity could be broken and you could have issues because of your posts.

But seriously, that possibility scares me so much.
