there is nothing wrong with getting angry its what u do with it. go run, listen to music, punch a pillow , talk to someone .anger is an emotion that will go and come quickly. i have that sometimes. i have no one to talk too really , so i deal with it . i have a friend that gets madat everything. you have to teachyourelf how to deal with it. you have to learn about yourself .dont let others judge you listen and then walk away. take into consideration why your mad , then find outlets other then people. that way u stay out of the gulit zone and dont have problmes later. I guess iam selfish for putting myself first but what good am i to others if I am out of control ? i am good now on those old days i just stayed in…… something to think about . dont know if that will help?
