I have written (in Swedish because I live there) in my suicide note “……. nearly a year of crying has helped nothing, there are still thousands of tears left”. Actually sounds more poetic in swedish, hence why I wrote in Swedish. I actually have lost count of the number of times I have burst into tears, both in private and publicly.
Nothing more soul destroying than being in the middle of the city and sat against a building and crying so hard

Graft on some gills and swim underwater.
So much more peaceful and inviting than the surface world.
