Just making a list that I can look back on whenever I feel down.
– Parents: Unlike what most people I know say about their parents, mine are amazing to me. They have supported me through everything and never left. If anything, they are here more than ever 🙂
– Close friends: They understand that I need them, but that I also need space.
– Boyfriend: I don’t even know where to start with how much he has helped me.
– My old therapist: The reason I can trust.
– My ex / now friend: The one person who completely understood and took all the crap I gave him (and vice versa).
– Siblings: I don’t really know how they help, they just does lol.
– Music: Does it even need to be explained?
– My psychology teachers: If they had never taught me about psychology, I would have never known what type of career I wanted or how to help myself.
– My pets: I’m a animal person, and mine seem to know when I’m upset and seem to help and just be there.
– Nature: Even though I live around buildings, there are small beautiful nature parts which are so beautiful.
– Tea: Most people have a cup of coffee to make them feel better, but not me. I stick with tea.
– Oreos: I still don’t know how people can not like them…
There’s probably more and I’ll probably edit this a lot, but for now that’s it 🙂

Mm idk oreos are good but the top and bottom parts never come off life in the commercial, they always fall apart. Soft, fresh cookies are better 😛
