That’s life – every time you trust someone, fall in love, etc. you’re risking being betrayed, hurt, etc.
So there’s only two things you can do:
– don’t trust, fall in love,
– trust, fall in love, but bear in mind that it can hurt you.

The way you are feeling right now is completely normal when someone breaks up with you and when still love him/her. I know (because it happened to me once) it feels like the pain won’t ever go away, but I can promise you it will. You will see that time heals all wounds. One day you will find another boy that you will fall in love with and after a while you will see your old boyfriend in a different way. But this will take some time. Even though it seems impossible, you will fall in love again with someone else someday. But, I know your pain and I know how deeply it cuts..

The things that helped me were sports (this makes you feel a lot better when you do it 3x a week), seeing friends and talking to them, seeing family and try to bond with your other loved ones
