I want to cry

Dude. Cry. It’s ok. Trust me, it is. If you need to wail or whatever, do it into a pillow or something soft that will absorb your tears(and the snot that goes with it, unfortunately). Cry until you cannot cry anymore. Because then pretty much all of your stress will be gone from your body and you’ll be so calm you’ll sleep and be relaxed the next day. And yes, stress is literally leaving your body when you cry, because the stress hormones are going into your tears as you cry, which literally takes the stress away. And makes you feel really stuffed up, but that’s a given. But seriously. If you need to cry, go ahead. And if you need to ‘talk’ to people, there’s always SOMEONE here on SP. ok?
