Hey, firstly you seem like a great person, not someone whose a disappointment, The one thing we often forget as kids, and teenagers are that adults often screw up worse than we realise. I want you to explane to me in what way you could be a dissapointment?
Why do you want to go on a mission trip? If i may offer some advice, i would tell you to quite one, if not both of those jobs. at fifteen years of age your way too young to have to do that, your youth is ment to be lived, and enjoyed, not going from school to job to homework to sleep and back to school, We are not machines mate, we are born to have fun, we are born to revel in our teenage delinquencies and live a life that is worth getting up for. Its great your doing good in school, but its not worth it if its brought you to a suicide forum, sure you can have great grades, two jobs and money, but whats that really worth if your misserable and hanging arround suicide forums (i recently found out thats not normal behaviour, i was rather bummed about it lol)
