All of this is so triggering, I try to ignore the temptation to make my wrists raw. That’s all on me, though, I should just avoid reading some of the stuff on here I guess…

the futility of pain and suffering, and that everybody dies in the end.
Things that work for me; get the body moving outside. Try to get out of your head. take a walk, run, bike, hard exercise. Focus on breathing in, breathing out and look at the sky, stars, clouds. There’s a reason for the saying, “things are looking up”. Look up!
Well since you asked…I find it fun to dance to my favorite songs especially to Kpop. I’m not a good dancer and just move around in weird ways so I just end up laughing at myself. 😀
