Isn’t it funny how I’m breaking to pieces, crying every night, cutting, puking, hating, dying, but no one notices. Not my parents, not my friends and not my siblings even though they ALL now how I feel, that I’m depressed, that I cut and that I have an eating disorder but, they all think I’m better and fine now. It’s like no one notices me. No one pays attention even though I can be so obvious. I’ve been depressed since I was 11. Wake up. I’m 15 now and no one has realized that I’m still the same. No wait that’s a lie. A teacher noticed. He came up to me after school and started asking if I was happy and okay with life. All I said was that I had to go to volleyball practice. Fml.

Well done for playing volleyball though. Takes a pretty hearty chick to play that game, so props to you! I think perhaps the people around you merely look at you, as opposed to seeing how you are fairing. I mean sure, they’re not always going to be up in your grill (and nor would you want them to) but maybe you should talk it over with some of them – speak and let them listen to your soul.
Let someone know, and if help is offered be sure to take it, yet keep your wits about you too. Stay safe out there, Lime. Oh, and kick ass at volley as well! 😀
Thanks Shephard. I have talked to them, and believe me, I’ve made them listen. They just think that I’m fine because I havent brought up the topic recently, but thats because I’m not comfortable talking about it so it just makes it haard :/ and thank you, my team did kick ass in volleyball, we came first in Ontario 😀
Well, speak up again when next you feel ready. Give it a little time, but make sure that if it does get too unbearable to speak up sooner or even come back here – I’ll be more than happy to talk with you and I’m sure others would be too 🙂
Oh and congratulations!!! What makes it more awesome is that you’re Canadian! Haha I have a fascination with ol’ Canada hehe. Well, continue to kick ass at volley and best of luck with everything! 😀
