Theme song from a show called Madventures.
Wish I could have seen the world even a 1 percent of what these guys have – and lived my life to the fullest while I still had the time. Really have to give a salute to Riku and Tunna. 🙂 Love the show, and it had for a few years kept me hoping to be in their shoes; exploring places, seeing other cultures and people – but no more.
The best travelling documentary program in the world by far – Finnish, but at least 3th season spoken in English – distributed all over the world though.
Theme song gets me every time, really feels like wanting to just leave and travel around.
If nothing else in your life, travelling around – for years even – could be a great way of living.
Damn….

Yeah certain travel shows that play in America make me feel the same way. I’m jealous of the guys on Ghost Adventures. I don’t really trust them and the “paranormal evidence” they claim to find, but I’m envious of all the cool places with lots of history that they get to go visit. And it’s even worse considering they probably DO fake the stuff they claim to find, which means they get to live these great exciting lives all while they are lying to their viewers and faking stuff.
I would love to travel. Its one of those things where it seems like you need a ton of money to do it, which means working, but if you have a job then you’re a slave and never have time off to go travel. The people who get paid to do it for TV have the luckiest lives ever. Imagine that. Getting paid to go see the world and have fun, just record it so all the average people sitting at home who have to go to work in the morning can watch what having fun looks like.
I hear you, it has to be one of the best jobs in the world for sure. One thing to consider is to work while travelling, being in some distant place for a month or two and work and party or do whatever makes you happy in the free time. This way a poorer person could go travelling too. Also many Asian countries are so inexpensive; you can live a month in there with just few bucks comparing to the North-America and Europe.
Risky business but if suicide for example is the only other option, then why the hell not.
Ghost adventures is a fake show for most parts in my opinion, but still cool to watch and pretty good program.
