ill never be good enough, ill always just be a stupid crazy whale. like yesterday when i was walking down the street and someone yelled out “whale”! and i couldnt stop crying. my boyfriend treats me like shit , but thats probably because i am a piece of shit. im crazy. and i cant live with myself anymore. i dont know how to live anymore. i cant wait til i get the balls to just down all my meds at once.

I’m so sorry for you, but no one is shit and no one should be treated like it, everyone has worth in this life, the saying that sticks and stones etc and words will never harm me is utter rubbish, insults just dig at the person until it destroys them, with me its spots, big boil type of spots, school was difficult of course, and it’s something that’s hard to get over but you are worth something to us on this site.
no one can treat you like shit unless u let them. and everyone on this planet is worthy of the life that has been given to them. the world would be a different place if a single blade of grass were to be discounted, then what to say of a human being. there is so much more to a person beyond looks and features. i’m sure you can write down a long list if someone were to ask you to ask you to jot down things that you think make you worthy. and those are the very reasons why you should love yourself. and when you do that i guarantee you that either others will love you for the same reasons or you would not be affected by them. don’t let anyone tell you what you are worth…there’s so much inside of you that they don’t know, only you do.
yes, we are all human and sometimes words and people can hurt….but it is important to recover and reconstruct your image of yourself. this you can learn through therapy.
you are worth something, only you haven’t discovered what it is…..you will eventually find it and then you will come here only to share your success story.

You’re not crazy, you’re sad. I understand it. I think you are worth something. You gotta figure if someone is that shallow to call you names, they aren’t worth your concern. The only people who find it necessary to insult others like that are people who don’t like themselves.
