If you want to survive..Go through every avenue of help. Take what is given to you if there is any. If you have family try them. The key is to communicate how u feel and why you feel, dont expect anyone to understand, and forget about trust its not a factor here….. do the best you can and try see it out… when or if you fail at this pray even if you dont believe. Forge your prayer but with sincerety. If all is too much, try get some oxi contin… or sleepers… have a nice sleep for a few days and reassess your thoughts. Then u may wake up with a miracle… if not .. ask a local drug dealer for a lethal hit of heroin say a prayer ask for forgiveness.. I dont know if your going to die in pain… or if you will enter heaven… only someone else could say this.

Yeah it never seems to stop hey. And the mindfuck is is that when you’re down life, and too often people, will take you down further. That’s my experience. A downward spiral is so hard to arrest. I know this so well. Hopefully, I mean really hopefully, something or someone will appear at just the right moment 🙂
I’ve been there… thinking the same thing about the pain. For a time, it did get worse. Don’t let it win. Reach out if you need to. I had experienced so much pain by the time I got help. Please don’t give in.
The pressure is so intense sometimes I just want to leap from the highest building. Like literally that’s what it feels like. So much pain, my mind starts to look for open windows…to jump from.
My spine is crushing itself.. I cant sit, lay down or even stand up anymore without the pain squeezing me like vice. I don’t want to do lots of drugs. I’m running out of options before I can even pick one
