So my friends boyfriend is telling me that I’m fucking up their relationship. I don’t know how and he won’t tell me how. I don’t want him to break up with her and he’s making it seem like he’s going to because of me.. Should I just stop talking to her so I don’t cause problems..?

Sounds like he’s just using it as an excuse, to either break up/fight with her, or to get you away from her for some reason. Especially since he doesn’t even tell you why he thinks so.
You don’t have to stop talking to her all together, you can try and just stay back for a little while or so, at least until he shuts up about it or calms down.
But… I would ignore him, personally.

2.you shouldnt try you know back away from your freind for a while just like DuZo said.
3. dont talk to him bc honestly he may be using you ruining their relationship and excuse so he can break up with your friend and be with someone else.
4. dont let him bother you . just ignore him .
5. if your friend tries to talk to you just make up something even thou you may want to talk to her just distance ur self for a while and tell hers u need some space for awhile if she ask u why
