What hurts more?

by perfect2bones

Does the depression or the results of the depression hurt more?

Does the cut or the fact that I can’t hold hands hurt more?

Does death or the hole caused by death hurt more?

I have OCD, depression, and a fear of weight. For a girl in a christian home, that is the stupidest thing ever. I feel so ungrateful when I think about why I am the way I am, but I can’t change, and I don’t want to. I will be like this forever… or as long as I live.

oh to be her: confident with her body and herself to put this online. and i wanna look like that.

This girl looks disgusting. Who wants to hug such a skeleton? I always would be scared to break her. I am not saying you should be as fat as I am, but this is just way too skinny.
She is the result of todays society with their super model magazines and shit that tell you how you have to look and how you have to be.
Fuck society.

Yah, that last sentence I agree with. But other than that, I don’t want to look like her because others would then see me as beautiful but because I might see me as beautiful. And it seems so much more practical for my line of work!

It’s not stupid, it’s all understandable in a way.
It is difficult dealing with OCD and depression, but it’s not impossible to change.

Weight isn’t what makes a person ugly or pretty.
You don’t need to fear it that much.

Go watch some porn. You’ll see what men actually get off to. Sure ain’t that skinny model bullshit you see in magazines.

Different people like different things. It’s a matter of taste; Especially in… well, these things.

But weight is really not the thing that makes a person’s beauty.
There are many things that makes a person beautiful physically.
A little weight more or a little less doesn’t change much.

But there’s also a lot of things about the person’s way of acting and personality that makes them beautiful.

I personally don’t think it’s a good thing to aim for having others to like you only for your body, but..

I totally agree, but I want her body, not so other will like me, but so I might like me. Again, I’ll never be satisfied, but I might get closer!

DuZo 3/6/2015 - 12:04 am

Why won’t you ever be satisfied?
What exactly is there about this girl that you want her body so badly?

perfect2bones 3/10/2015 - 11:41 pm

She’s clean and light. So pure and perfect. No excess weight or fat. And just think, she has all we ever need. We don’t need all the weight society such as Scar504 want us to think! 🙁

DuZo 3/13/2015 - 12:22 pm

Light – yes.

But i wouldn’t really call it clean or pure.
The human body always has fat around because it needs it to work. Way too little or way too much might cause health issues.
So it’s not really perfect either at least not in the technical way.
Also if you get too thin and your bones start showing i don’t really consider that ‘clean’.

If you’re speaking about being more athletic, that’s more about training and stamina and some muscle, but that also depends on what sport exactly you want to take part in.

Considering only the outer appearance point of view, is a matter of personal taste i guess.
I personally don’t see what’s so great about that.
There’s a lot of people out there who find women with some weight on attractive so Scar isn’t really wrong.

It’s possible to lose a little weight and keep it on a healthy level of ‘thin’ but you don’t have to be a stick.
I’m sure you’re just exaggerating and you don’t even need to lose any weight, but i’m just trying to say again there’s no much reason to fear weight, it’s part of the human body and it can always be managed.

I bet you look better than her anyway, and she’s just holding her stomach in for the picture (the lines around her stomach look a little weird but that might be just me).
