That’s a very linear way of looking at it. I think everybody has “multiple faces” and no one really knows who they even are, because strong emotion can trick you into behaving in ways that you don’t normally.
Also, how can you begin to learn who you are unless you compare yourself to others? Then all you can do is apply labels saying “Oh I am this and that, but I don’t want to be this, and I am repulsed by that, so no thank you.”
Besides, when we look at someone and judge their behavior, we’re only judging what WE can see. We don’t know how they feel about it and why they did what they did. (That’s why there are laws for criminal behavior. Some actions deserve punishment.)

True I wear several myself it helps me obtain my goals, I know the masks I wear are good ones, Zorro, Captain America, Bat Man, The Lone Ranger, Wearing a mask doesn’t make you bad if you choose the right one.
My mask hides the fact that I am secretly collecting data to report to myself later. No one knows I am on a secret mission, just a lady in a pencil skirt, nothing to see here…carry on.
