Ive tried to commit suicide 3 times now.
I still think about it alot but i was in the hospital for a month about 7 months ago so ive been better.

I am glad that you are feeling better Delta.
When the “desire to commit suicide” make is presence, usually is for a reason, there always a trigger. Do you know what make you feel that way? There are things that we can control, but there are others that we can change.
Please, always look for help when you are down and feeling bad.
