i dont know if i can go on anymore i practically cry myself to sleep every night , i do nothing throught the day but watch tv or think about how i used 2 get high. idk what to do i see nothing changing anytime soon i just want the pain of living 2 go away its said when you have a better life dreaming then reality.

In answer to that question, you need to ask yourself: What kind of changes in your life would make you happier? Once you’ve figured that out, consider what you can do to start working on changing things RIGHT NOW. Small steps can lead to big improvements if you’re dedicated enough, and sometimes it requires expanding your mindset and looking in a direction that you previously dismissed.
The reward centre of your brain is missing getting high. Trick it with feel good chemicals. Get some weights and lift them, do some push ups, go for a run, game, drink coffee.
I agree with bruiseviolet. Being inactive and watching TV will make it worse. The other things might make it better. I know it can be hard just to move when you feel this way, but if you can fit something else in your day it could make things a little bit less painful.
