I’m so tired. My body is so dead and my brain so exhausted, but I can’t fall asleep and I’ve been like this for weeks now.
I can only sleep 2 hours maximum. And that is if I can sleep at all.
Anyone have any helpful tips?
I’m always so tired and that makes me such a negative person.

Establish a routine for yourself and stick with it. Incorporate exercise, try some sleeping pills in the beginning for a short while, then wean yourself off them. Get your mind off your problems, go for a walk, just try to live a normal life and then the rest should fall into place.
If you are using drugs I’d suggest get off them, they could be fucking with your circadian rhythm. If there are issues in your life, talk to someone close to you or seek therapy.
I already have a routine and workout, etc. I even try to get very tired before I go to sleep so I can fall asleep more easily but it doesn’t work!
I think the problem is my mind because I won’t stop thinking and that leads to negative thoughts and stress
