I did have a great hike. I just need to work on coping/coming to terms what my future is going to look like. I will say that this 24 hours is much much better than the last 24 hours. I think I just need to keep busy. When I’m busy I’m not sad lol. Thank you for all of your kind words.
Try my hardest no to think about my son outnwith his mom and her girlfriend and work lol. But I didn’t cut myself today (wow that sounds stupid) so I’m going to try not to tomorrow as well. That’s stupid outlet.
Places like REI, LLBean, and Meetup.com as well as outdoor clubs in your area all have outings where you hike or go camping with other people. Sometimes having to be at a certain destination at a specific time can really help me get out the door. And the people are pretty laid back, which is nice.
A lot of people go to these things solo, too.

Yes, they are very positive, peaceful, and usually free. Some meet ups and outdoor clubs have a yearly fee, but they are usually quite modest.
