Hope, that’s pretty bleak to think you’ll never “escape your misery” even after death.
I don’t think that’s very encouraging and additionally, you don’t know if there is an afterlife so why make people fear something you have absolutely no knowledge of?
That’s just pointless fearmongering, you’re better than that.
I know that feeling. Life hurts so much and for me even waking up and going out of my bed feels like a nightmare. But we re still here so I guess there is a little bit of hope left for a better future. So hold on to it and do whatever feels good and right to you.
Good to hear Hiccup, hope things work out well for you.
You’re in the same boat as many of us. Life might not be amazing for us right now but we’re willing to keep going to see if it improves.
I know I’m going to die one day anyway so I’m sticking around to try to see if it’ll get any better. If not I can at least go to my grave knowing I gave it my best shot even if I didn’t work out.
I’d be very sad if you could see your future and realize things were just about to get good if you had hung on for a day or so. Bon chance.

I am glad to see that you want to hold on. May I ask: What are your reasons for wanting to stay alive?
In my case, it has always been spirituality and the divine. I believe that life without a meaning is truly despair.
Don’t give up. Suicide has no guarantee you will escape your misery.

My friends and my musical potential, and I’d like to think that maybe I could do at least a little bit of good for this world.
