Honestly were all a little bit of our own counselors right? I mean most of us have mental illnesses if not one, multiple.. Everyday living in our heads trying to figure ourselves out. Sometimes yes we dwell or become biased and our heads become clouded with other thoughts while trying to fix the problem like suicide, self hate, etc. But at the end of the day this started from trying to solve our own problems right? Think about that.. you’re a functioning person with one or multiple mental illnesses. Constantly trying to figure yourself out and solve the problems that haunt your brain. Give yourself credit even though doing so is so fucking hard. It’s so hard to acknowledge when you’re actually trying hard in life and going through.a lot more than the others who walk by yo everyday. Whether you’re understanding your problems or are clueless about everything. Look at how much you’re doing and you’re still here trying somehow. We’re all a lot stronger than we think we are.

I don’t have even one mental illness, it is just my time to die.
are you sure? I haven’t been diagnosed with anything myself. But I know I am severely depressed and also probably have some type of bipolar disorder based on the way my mood swings can change. Whether it is a mental illness or not you’re taking care of yourself and considering the mindset you are in, it’s a lot of fucking work, yet you’re still here so for that I give you props. it is not easy living in minds like ours.
i advise you then to collect all your bravery to make politics overcome the law against assisted suicide. it is an illness to not do.
They have a law against anything humane while using abusive force. Of course, it will never change!
