you know, sometimes the best way to get out the morning rage is to just straight up yell “nobody fucking asked you” at the alarm clock, and go back to sleep for 15 minutes or so.
Chamomille tea, melatonin, tryptophan, ZMA (this one might give you fucking weird dreams tho), might be some options. That was kind of my roadmap before i ended up on prescription sleeping aids, which i’m now avoiding. Either that or a baseball bat to wreck that clock.

ahhhhh… have you tried taking melatonin for sleep? I heard it helps
my guy I have chronic nightmares, I’m right there with you. If melatonin doesn’t work, try Benadryl
