Well, i’ve been on a diet and daily exercise since more than 4 months. Didn’t work.
I’
m gonna start college soon and i’m tired. I struggle with this since I can remember. I just want to know how it feels to be fit, confident and such…
I hate my body image and wake up every day just to see it and feel it again and being watched by others too.
I just don’t know what to do anymore.
Also maybe my ex bf and I will meet again this year and I just wanted to give him a surprise.
Damn it.

What do you mean it didn’t work?
Like, I didn’t lose weight at all.
Well if you didn’t lost weight, something was wrong with your program. You can fix that. I just hope you realize self-confidence can be had regardless of what you look like or how much you weigh.
I eat less than before. Little portions of food, meat, salads and a big etc.
Thx for the comments btw.
Big etc: cereals, tuna, soups, fish…
Also it could be a shitty metabolism too, not sure.
Ah, same dilemma here.
(Trying to build lean muscle mass while losing body fat.)
*Sounds counter productive but a good way to boost metabolism is to eat 6 small healthy meals throughout the day. Preferably every 2 hours, and refrain from eating after 8pm.
*Be conscious of dressing, condiments and seasonings . They can literally defeat the purpose of eating wise be case of there huge calorie and sodium content in rather small servings.
*Refrain from red meats (Beef and pork) and choose (Grilled/Baked) fish and chicken.
*There’s the obvious rule of staying away from soda, fried foods, candy and processed foods in that same nature.
*Fiber found in grains/fruits can be a great ally.
*Beans, rice and nuts can be great sources of protein which in turn, help with muscle development and recovery.
*Drink tons of water.
*Always have a full nights rest everyday.
*Never forget cardio 3 to 5 times a week.
*Protein shakes, juicing and meal replacements are beneficial when one has a crunched schedule.

But, don’t over emphasize your weight. Learn to be comfortable in your own skin and don’t torture yourself if you don’t see progress everyday. Some things just take time and it’s best to take thing day by day, baby steps at a time. Set small weekly goals that don’t revolve around a scale number but more of a rep number in your excerises like doing an extra minute of jogging or ten more sit ups in a given session. And give yourself cheat days here and there, they work miracles in counteracting temptations throughout the week and use them as incentives/rewards as a job well done.
And for most, set these goals for yourself. Never set goals to prove people otherwise, because ultimately you will only cause needless distress for yourself and you will be stuck in a cycle of futility.
Hope I am of some small help. I really wish you the best in your goals but ultimately of you being confident with who you are.
Take care.
Omg thank you so much!
I already do the first step but I can try water and the cardio thing too.
Good look to you too, wish you well : )
