Ugh, I’m f*cking hungry and all I wanna eat is junk food!! There’s like nothing in my apt and I’m too depressed to go out.
Eating isn’t much enjoyable anymore because apparently I’m allergic to everything (soy, dairy, wheat, gluten, rice, seafood). What I can eat tastes like cardboard so while I am f*cking hungry, I don’t really *want* to eat. At least the foods I’m “supposed” to eat. -_-‘
Well I’ve got bananas and sour blueberries, but no real food. I ate my salad but ugh. It’s salad. Just. No. Fun.
I want to eat pizza and chips and sushi and noodles and everything and anything carbs!! 🙁

Finally someone who understand my pain, I too suffer from all these stomach issue, worse part is I binges last night on China foods and cookies, woke up from the worst pain, it might be a good thing for once your too depressed to go out, save yourself the stomach ache, wish someone would have stopped me.
Eventually you get used to the cardboard taste (it does take some time). I changed my diet radically a few ago and … yeah pure cardboard tasting food (pure fruit and vegetables), that in time turned into a decent flavor. Eventually i got back to a semi-regular diet, but just because my family forced me to. In that process i noticed that my cravings for carbs and junk food dimished a lot, or turned into fruits cravings all together. I never went back to eating red meats tho, can’t stand those anymore.
How long did it take to get used to eating cardboard tasting food? Btw, GF food just tastes the worst!
I used to love eating fruits, but I can’t really eat much of it now since I’m sensitive to sugar as well. Fruits were like the only natural thing I liked eating.
LOL- I wish I craved eating vegetables. It’s not that I hate veggies per se, but most places don’t know how to cook vegetables well (I hate eating raw veggies, and no, I’d rather go hungry then eat my horrible cooking, smh).
Took like a year i’d say. I was on real, healthy food for a while (well, mostly) and i had no meat for another couple of years. I do have milk, soy and sea food allergy, i got used to eating certain things but… yeah, in your case you’re pretty doomed to eat only a few of things… i’d die without fruits and muesli. And definitely, vegetables cooked in a good way are pretty good. Badly cooked? i’d rather eat a piece of wood.
BTW get at dem bananas! I LOVE BANANAS AND PEANUT BUTTER ! It would probably be my last meal of satisfaction
I like bananas okay, but it’s not the same as eating a slice of pizza. Plus I eat WAY too much bananas because they’re pretty much the only thing I can eat that doesn’t taste like cardboard.
Am allergic to PB so that’s out too.
