Ok … there are plenty of things worse, but for the moment this one seems pretty damn devastating. So, I spend several years in an otherwise satisfactory and stable relationship only to have all loyalty and trust pulled out for under you.

I’m generally venting here because I can’t really do so on other media platforms without making the current situation potentially much worse. There may be a few of y’all that remember me from some time ago – to those folks – “Hi”. I’ve generally been OK over the last while.

Just got a visit from the “new owner” of my house. Evidently i have anywhere from 10 days to 4 weeks to scram … that ain’t much time to find a solution or to get a lucky break.

I know one solution that i’ve had in my back pocket for a couple years now for just such an occasion … maybe it’s time to drag it out and dust it off …  the clock is ticking …

Interesting … for the last couple weeks … and probably for the next couple weeks i stand with my toes hanging over the edge of oblivion. And there is an aspect of stress … but it’s like once removed … “out there” … beyond grasp. Like stepping into a clearing with a roaring camp fire in the middle … you feel slight breezes of the slightest rise in warmth … it’s not remotely enough to thaw your frigid bones but it’s “just there”. It seems we all wrestle with conundrums real or perceived. I think one of those is knowing we’re damaged and/or flawed is some way(s) and yet wanting to not be rejected or ostracized for those flaws.  What to do, what to do? Well, for starters, be honest – for one, you won’t have to remember the lie/cover story … and the other, despite what they might think, they’ll at least have to acknowledge your integrity.

Now mind you, I’m talking about social situations and potential relationships here … with authorities and mental/medical health professionals we will always have to be careful of exactly what we reveal but […]
