Obviously, some of us would rather not have been born, such as myself, but if I could be born at another time, I’d say the far future. Err, assuming mankind hasn’t fucked up the planet to oblivion.
Have  you ever thought about what would happen to the humanity in 60 000 years? Will we still be here? Will people be able to live the same way as we are today? Or at least those who aren’t struck by this hopelessness us depressed are in.

Today is the day that the (I guess you can call it “my”) story is written.
Now i’m 19 years old. My body a nest for scars and memories that should have been long forgotten. Not all scars have stayed with me, and i hope that one day i’ll be free from them all. I’ve been depressed for about 6 years. Â I’ve been thinking pretty much these thoughts throughout the entirety of that time period- the thoughts becoming more complex and clear or unclear as time passed. Â I’m 18 now. All the crazy emotional experiences have come and gone. Years has passed and time heals all wounds. Yet, here I am with all goals killed and/or died. It’s always a little disheartening to watch your favored boxer slip and move only to step into a hard punch that otherwise could have been avoided if he had done…nothing. More and more frequently these days, I’m struck by how utterly pointless everything is. This is accompanied by a feeling of profound sadness. This usually happens during a fixed time period during the day (in the afternoon), when I’m alone. I think I can understand why people commit suicide — it’s perfectly understandable.
