Your thoughts and your feelings are yours, and no one else can control or take those away from you. But…PLEASE do not act on your despair by hurting yourself…EVER. My only child took her life this year, and an entire community of loved ones are devastated forever. There isn’t anything we would not have done to help her, if only she had let us know of her despair. People who love you would walk through fire for you.

i’m sorry for your loss lisarich, but the despair just doesn’t end for some, and ending one’s life is the only solution. i agree that everyone deserves a beautiful life, unfortunately that’s not how it works. everyone will not have a beautiful life, some will have a rotten life, full of despair, regret, sadness, fear, uncertainty, fatigue, grief, hopelessness. i’m not talking about teenaged girls who want to kill themselves because they can’t get tickets to justin bieber. i’m talking about people with the serious disease of major depressive disorder (or bi-polar, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc.). these are real diseases and for some the pain will not end until the end. i’m the first to say to everyone, please seek professional help, but what to say to someone who has been suffering for years? it is unfair to tell them you must stay here on this godforsaken planet and continue to suffer. every day is a torture. people who do not have one of these diseases cannot even comprehend how horrifying and awful it is.
@isabel- even a modicum of research would have told you that 11 ambien would not kill you. my advice, seek professional help and please give it a fair shot. give it all you’ve got. many if not most people can be helped. with a little luck and hard work you may be able to avoid a life of one of the forsaken that i speak about above. good luck.
Geez man i wish i still had a prescription to Ambien. listen though, I doubt 11 would kill you, probably just make you very sleepy, kinda sick possibly enough to vomit but maybe not but you would definitly probably fel damn wierd in a not good way.
