I’ve tried 3 times. The first one I took 16 sleeping pills. The 2nd I tried to drowned myself. The 3rd…I slit my wrists. I survived. I wanted to. This thing is like a disease..I want help but I don’t want to end up in a mental home..

I oDed everyday for over a month on 15-30 Tylenols a day.. obviously, I survived. I was pissed. My liver is a beast. I’m a lil better now. I could’ve been sent to the psych ward but my mom promised she wouldn’t put me there..
Oh and long story short I guess what helped were my family/cousins..
