the positive thing is your alive. And being alive give you the chance to take control of your life. Nothing is easy ,.
The positive is you have the challenge of dismantling that attitude and perspective about yourself. You’re doing yourself in, and none of it is true.
And even if any of that was true….??? You’ve convinced yourself, then what.
Leave the judgment out, just make choices that bring about a healthier and happier you. No one’s keeping score. Good luck.
Some people can’t see their imperfections and don’t give a f***… If you see something, that you would like to change, why not try?
I try to be positive but it is really hard. One bad thought spawns another and it just keeps going and breaking that cycle seems impossible (see another negaive thought). I want to be happy but i’ve got it in my mind that i dont deserve it. Plus i know it will take a lot of work and did i mention that i’m lazy?
This is pointless.
