my “dad,” it turns out my real dad is someone my mom cheated with and is now in prison as a convicted rapist, anyway, my mom’s ex husband was military and would hear about military torture techniques from his work buddies, and he couldnt resist trying them out on the kid he hated. Ive got scars deeper than most could ever understand, but dont make the mistake i did, dont let them consume you, once they do, youre broken, find some way to escape from the abuse, it could be talking to someone about it, it could be art or music, anything, trust me, its better than sizing up everyone you see just so you know if you can take them or if you need to run WHEN (yeah, theres not even an “if”) they attack you. please, for your own sake, dont just allow it without even trying to survive.

Trust me , it’s not easy running away , if theres two , double sealed dores , with locks , that take over 10 minutes to open … so it’s hard.
Hanna….people throw around words like fat, ugly, slut, and whore because they hurt. But they say them to everyone. If it were true, 90% of the planet would be those things. As much as I dislike people, I don’t think anyone can say 90% of humanity is ugly, fat, and promiscuous. 😉 Tell them to create better insults and in the meantime know that they’re too dumb to do it.

You two will make up, though maybe you need to make some effect to make ammends. My best friend lives 3 hours away, i havent seen him for 10 years, we support each other during down days. You have reached out to the SP community and i know all of us will do our best to help in any way we can.
There is no simple answer i can give you to take away your pain, taking about it is always a good start, we are none judgemental, most of us have been judged our entire life.
You are entitled to your thoughts and feelings, they are not wrong and they are not bad and feeling them does not make you a bad person.
Often the strongest people are the people who deal with the most. X

Wow, that is an amazing picture, I go through every day waking up, putting on a smile, never breaking stride, and its hard, especially before I felt happiness for the first time in nearly 10 years 2 weeks ago. If you would like any help at all from me, just say so, for me helping others helps remove some of the pain I feel. You will make it through, and if you look for the right person you will find more than enough lining up to help you. Sorry I am rambling, its hard to think, if you understand.
ofc i understand . I help people to , even my so called ” friends” , they tell me they’re problems , and offcourse they don’t ask me anything , but i help my friends with theyre problems too . I think you can email me if you want to , i don’t know how . :S
