to “trust” does NOT mean you need to leave yourself vulnerable – every day people lock cars, doors, desks, etc.

I used to trust everyone… Got walked all Over… Not I trust no one! To be honest I preferred being more trusting.
@pepperpep4 – I did/do trust a lot of people. Yes I do get walked all over sometimes but I like to believe that not all people are the same. I don’t see myself changing a trait about me because of something or someone that was in my past. The past is past and I’d like not to think about it as much
I agree with you there the past is the past and what’s done is done… But when you’ve got the big bug depression cloud over your head all you can do is look into the past. Coulda woulda shoulda… But clearly didn’t.
